- Guillotine Cutting
- The guillotine cutter produces smaller and more specialized cuts than the precision sheeter, and makes precision shear cuts for digital format, folio, and custom sheet sizes. Dust-free sheets provide a cleaner printing process.
- Carton Packing
- Packs a specific number of sheets into a corrugated carton for distribution in smaller sheet counts; cartons are glued and vacuum-sealed for maximum protection. Available in digital sheet sizes, folio, and custom sheet sizes as well.
- Slitting & Rewinding
- Slitting large rolls to dimensions as narrow as 1" widths, and rewinding them onto cores ranging from 3" to 12" and finished outside diameters from 12" to 60".
- Private Label Programs
- Custom load tags that include your company name, logo, and any brand name associated with your products, in cartons or on skids.
- Customer Inventory/Contract Converting
- We can warehouse, precision sheet, guillotine cut, and manage your paperboard and fine paper roll inventories. Have paper delivered to your customers as though you were doing it yourself. Contract converting can also include slitting & rewinding with our Pennsylvania and Indiana plants.
- Hole Punching
- Custom-place holes to be drilled into paperboard, from standard hole widths of 3/8" and 1/4" to whatever custom size is required.
- Bundle Tying
- Strapping bundles with vinyl to meet your needs – by weight, sheet count, or any other metric.
